The Irish Team have a new, uncensored, blog. They reported recently on their team selection process:

"The other three pilots basically turned out to be pretty cr*p and we weren't going to waste any more money on them after they eliminated themselves from the competition in a variety of spectacular accidents, including one involving divorce papers!"
